Terms and conditions
Booking Policy
- Submit a completed reservation form via email or online.
- Once availability is confirmed, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment, after which a booking number will be issued.
- Extra activities not in the itinerary will incur additional fees.
Payment Policy
- For itineraries (except day trips): Full payment due 2 months prior to departure.
- For day trips: Full payment due 3 weeks prior to departure.
- After final payment, you will receive a Safari Travel Pack with detailed trip information.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be in written notification via email to Squamater Safaris. All deposits shall be forfeited for any cancellation made 2 months before departure. The following charges as a percentage of the tour price will be made for any cancelation within the 2 months before the trip:
Kindly note that all cancellations must be sent in writing via email, and deposits are non-refundable.
Additional cancellation charges apply:
- Less than 2 months: Deposit + 10%
- Less than 1 month: 50% of tour price
- Less than 3 weeks: 75% of tour price
- Less than 2 weeks: 100% of tour price
